With The X Factor 2012 Season 2 finale coming up this week on FOX, many of us are wondering who will win the $5 million prize on The X Factor USA 2012? Well, even though they were shockingly eliminated last week on The X Factor Season 2, Emblem 3 is still going to be rooting for someone to win this season. What act will that be? It seems Emblem 3 is picking Tate Stevens to win The X Factor 2012! Is that kind of a diss at Simon Cowell and Fifth Harmony?
With the semifinals last week on The X Factor USA Season 2, it seemed like an obvious call that Fifth Harmony would be going home and Emblem 3, Tate Stevens and Carly Rose Sonenclar would be headed to the finals. I guess Fifth Harmony and their fans realized that too and they all rallied the troops together and received enough votes to send them into the finals and knock out Emblem 3, something that even came as a shock to their mentor Simon Cowell.
In an interview with MTV, Emblem 3 is still holding strong after the elimination on The X Factor 2012. Wesley Stromberg said: “I honestly feel happy, I’m good, I’m great.” Drew Chadwick then went into some talk about birds and rising and crazy talk, as seen here: “This general region right here (points to chest) actually has the emotion of joy overflowing in it. And that’s because out of the ashes rises a phoenix, it’s always darkest before the dawn. Only good things can happen after this point.”
Besides all that crazy talk, Emblem 3 also picked a winner of The X Factor 2012 Season 2. They told MTV that they are backing Tate Stevens in the finals! Does that surprise anyone? I am shocked because Emblem 3 was a group and mentored by Simon Cowell, so you would assume they are sticking with their category and supporting the girls of Fifth Harmony, even though they did knock them out. Don’t they want to see Simon Cowell win?
Either way, could the support of Emblem 3 help Tate Stevens to a victory? Doubtful, but I think it could bring some more votes his way. It has been a battle between him and Carly Rose Sonenclar all season long on the leader board. They have both controlled the top two spots and gone back and forth between the two. This week is the big test though, with the one ending the season on top winning $5 million recording contract! I think Tate will benefit more from winning the contract, so I am rooting for him and for the first time in a while, I agree with Emblem 3.
